  • Ensure compliance with all tax, audit, and statutory obligations, minimizing regulatory risks.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering capability and collaboration to achieve shared goals.
About the ideal candidate for this role
  • Candidate should be a qualified CPA or CA with a proven track record in senior finance leadership.
  • Experience in construction, engineering, or resources is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical expertise in accounting standards, compliance, and reporting is essential.
  • Track record in cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis is crucial.
  • Experience overseeing payroll, tax compliance, and audit coordination is required.
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel is also required.
