Job Overview:

The role involves maintaining and repairing critical services and systems in a fast-paced data centre environment.

This includes electrical, mechanical, and fire infrastructure with responsibilities such as:

  • Quickly responding to service requests and emergency faults
  • Conducting initial fault finding on equipment, determining the cause and implementing remediation
  • Providing estimated timelines for repairs to key internal teams
  • Switching operations in the event of a failure to ensure no disruption to critical services
  • Ensuring planned contractor maintenance activities are completed according to policies
About You:
  • Relevant trade or tertiary qualification
  • 4+ years of experience in trade or critical facilities
  • Background in critical infrastructure environments and adhering to procedures and policies
  • Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) or Energy Management Systems (EMS)
  • Proven ability in managing site critical infrastructure to ensure continuity of services
Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical, and fire infrastructure

Responsibilities include: switching operations, ensuring contractor activities are completed according to policies, and conducting initial fault finding on equipment

A relevant trade or tertiary qualification is required, along with 4+ years of experience in trade or critical facilities

Background in critical infrastructure environments is also essential, along with experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) or Energy Management Systems (EMS)
