Job Description:

Ramsay Health Care seeks a Clinical Trials Coordinator to support clinical trial research activities at Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital. This role is integral to ensuring high-quality, professional, and efficient research services are delivered in line with Good Clinical Practice and relevant clinical trial regulations.

The successful applicant will work closely with Principal Investigators, Sponsors, patients, and site staff to coordinate and support clinical trial research activities. Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality patient care according to clinical trial protocols, ensuring the safe and ethical conduct of clinical research and trials, and coordinating patient visits while collecting relevant data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Effective management and working within fast-paced environments
  • Establishing relationships, influencing, and working in partnership with stakeholders and employees at all levels
  • High-level oral and written skills
  • Demonstrated high-level conceptual and analytical skills, with the capacity to show initiative and develop solutions
