Asset Management Specialist

Our client, a privately owned and operated business with diverse interests, is seeking an experienced Commercial Property professional to join their high-performing team. The successful candidate will assist with the strategic management of the portfolio, including due diligence on property acquisitions, unlocking value-add opportunities through development, and preparing investment and Board reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with due diligence on property acquisitions and development opportunities.
- Prepare investment and Board reports, including budget and variance analysis.
- Liaise and manage external management agencies, including leasing agents and property managers.
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants and prepare tenancy schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and legislative requirements.
- Assist with strategic Asset Management across the portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in commercial property management and a strong commercial leasing and financial understanding. A property-related degree is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate superior communication and time management skills, with the ability to deal with various stakeholders across multiple properties.
