Home Care Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced care professional to provide home help services and support for our clients in the Kingston TAS area.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation services.
  • Assist clients with personal care including showering, dressing, and medication management.
  • Support clients with mobility and therapy goals, and provide complex care for those with high care needs.
  • Offer social and emotional support to clients and their families.

Requirements:
  • Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support or Disability.
  • Experience of 6 months or more in a similar role, with experience in personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medications.
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence and own insured, roadworthy vehicle.
