Job Title: Home Care Worker

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality care to individuals in their homes?

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide personalized support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and wellbeing.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve meals
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Provide transportation to appointments and activities

Requirements:
  • Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support
  • Experience in home care or a related field
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence and insured vehicle
