Dual Role Position: Front Office Reception and Housekeeping

We're seeking a versatile and dependable team member to take on the role of Front Office Receptionist and Housekeeper.
About the JobThis position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Previous experience in hotel front office or housekeeping roles is highly desirable.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with a strong ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- They should also demonstrate a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for providing warm and welcoming service to our guests.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of RMS systems are advantageous, but not essential.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, as well as performing housekeeping tasks with a high level of efficiency and attention to detail.
Requirements and Qualifications- Able to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Willingness to assist with cleaning and room servicing as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
