Healthy Meal Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated meal specialist to join our team in providing healthy meals to children. As a key member of our early learning community, you will play a crucial role in nourishing young minds through wholesome food and educating them about the importance of healthy eating practices.

About You
  • As a passionate advocate for child nutrition, you must demonstrate a commitment to understanding and meeting the diverse dietary needs of children.
  • You should possess excellent time management skills, be able to maintain a high-performing kitchen environment, and contribute to achieving exceptional outcomes for children and educators alike.
Requirements
  • A valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain this certification is essential.
  • A current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain this qualification is also necessary.
  • A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is a mandatory requirement for this role.
  • Certification in Commercial Cooking (Cert II / III) is highly regarded but not a strict necessity.
  • Previous experience as a cook in an early childhood setting is highly valued.
