Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and assess educational units within the Vocational Education programs in the Professional Practice department.
- Collaborate with management and colleagues to maintain and enhance program quality and compliance.
- Oversee program development and ensure adherence to regulatory standards in delivery and assessment.
Teaching Duties:
- Deliver instruction across various subjects within the Professional Practice department.
- Create and adapt teaching materials, including digital resources, for the Advanced Diploma of Building Surveying and future curriculum offerings.
- Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages student engagement and personal responsibility.
- Work collaboratively with peers, community organizations, and industry partners to enhance educational outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current industry knowledge relevant to Building Surveying.
- Teaching qualifications and extensive experience in the Building Surveying sector, including a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Proven teaching abilities with a diverse range of instructional strategies tailored to meet student needs.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development and assessment practices within the Building Surveying field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
