Cloud Platform Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Operations Manager to lead our cloud platform team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and managing high-performing cloud teams, as well as experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS based cloud platforms, and DevOps/Automation practices.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position that requires a strong leader who can build, develop and manage a high-performing cloud team. The role involves establishing a cloud observability framework, monitoring and reporting on cloud platforms, products and SaaS services, and ensuring toolsets are optimized for compliance with internal and external cloud workloads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and develop a cloud strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain a cloud governance framework that ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement cloud-based solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and implement a cloud risk management strategy that identifies and mitigates risks associated with cloud adoption.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership skills with experience in leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience with DevOps/Automation practices, including monitoring, observability, reporting, and compliance.
