Position Overview

Catholic Education Western Australia is seeking a highly skilled Grounds and Maintenance Supervisor to support the delivery of the College's strategy and services in the areas of campus maintenance and management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the College's facilities, including pool facilities, and will work collaboratively with the College community to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve the College's facilities, including grounds and maintenance activities
  • Collaborate with College staff to identify and implement improvements to facilities and services
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the College's facilities are safe and well-maintained
  • Supervise and support maintenance staff to ensure effective delivery of maintenance activities

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in grounds and maintenance
  • Ability to work collaboratively with College staff and community
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
