The Zinfra Projects and Infrastructure business is the trusted partner to deliver construction projects in Transmission Lines, Substations (Green and Brown field), Renewable energy storage and Green Gas infrastructure.

Job Summary

We are currently looking for experienced Construction Managers with a proven track record of delivering complex substation projects to join our growing team with roles available across New South Wales.

  • This role requires the successful candidate to work on rosters in line with project delivery framework depending on the location of the project. These rosters can be 11/3 or 10/4 (days on/days off) depending on the project and location.
  • The successful candidates will be responsible for safely managing and coordinating all site activities in conjunction with the Project Manager, additionally:
  • Managing and supervising the site-based delivery of projects, focusing on safety
  • Coordinating sub-contractors and the quality of their work
  • Ensuring the project risks are managed in accordance with PDS
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders relations with sub-contractors, the client and internal staff

This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage large projects worth $10M plus.

To be selected for interview, you will have a trade qualification within the Electrical field or a relevant construction or engineering related qualification.

Salary: Estimated $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
