- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver engaging activities that promote resident participation and satisfaction.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident behavior to your supervisor, ensuring timely interventions and support.
- Document daily activity participation levels, providing valuable insights for program improvement.
- Support the smooth transition of new residents into our facility, ensuring their comfort and needs are met.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and families.
- Flexibility to work a varied roster, including Saturdays, to meet the needs of our residents.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates, as well as a Police Screening Certificate.
- Good computer and mobile device skills, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
- A valid driver's license for operating our centre bus.
