About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Director to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of early childhood education and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
  • Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
  • Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
  • Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide
Requirements
  • A Diploma or bachelor's in early childhood education
  • Hold a current Working with Children Check, or be willing to obtain one
  • Teachers Registration if applicable
  • Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services
  • Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
  • Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
