We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team at the Royal Automobile Association of South Australia. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading, transporting, and unloading disabled vehicles.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize towing and transportation safe practices to analyze vehicle positions and identify the most appropriate action to recover, secure, and transport vehicles in accordance with safe working practices and industry regulations.
- Deliver exceptional and professional service to members, providing prompt and courteous solutions.
- Be proactive and efficient in completing tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with operational staff to ensure members receive service in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant industry skills and knowledge to provide the best solution and outcome for customers.
- Foster and develop professional relationships with colleagues, living the RAA corporate values and adhering to the Code of Conduct.
- Current South Australian unencumbered 'C-class' driver's license.
- Hold a current South Australian Medium Rigid truck license – or willingness to gain one.
- Hold a current South Australian Tow Operators Certificate – or eligible to obtain one.
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with a wide variety of key stakeholders.
- Outstanding attention to detail, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be an innovative thinker with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
