This pivotal role involves collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team on a wide array of people and culture initiatives. It is a dynamic, fast-paced, and diverse generalist HR & Recruitment position that requires a dual focus on both operational and strategic HR projects.
We seek a retail HR expert with exceptional organizational capabilities, a passion for a vibrant work environment, and comprehensive knowledge of the employee life cycle. This is your opportunity to work alongside a senior brand team and make a significant impact on this successful organization.
- Develop a People & Culture strategy that aligns with business objectives while enhancing the employee experience.
- Create and execute strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top-tier talent.
- Lead performance management initiatives, offering guidance and support to managers and staff to foster continuous feedback and development.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, ensuring accessible learning and development opportunities for all employees.
- Partner with senior leadership to formulate and implement HR policies that nurture a culture of ongoing learning and professional growth.
- Manage employee relations, addressing conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances to maintain a positive and supportive workplace.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in HR and professional development, applying innovative solutions to enhance the employee experience and drive organizational success.
- Provide comprehensive HR generalist advice and support.
- Design and implement various HR initiatives to boost engagement, shape culture, and develop talent.
- Oversee talent management and succession planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with the senior retail team to manage recruitment effectively.
- Ensure employee safety and well-being management.
