FM Design Management Director

Michael Page is partnering with a leading organization in the MENA region to find a highly skilled FM Design Management Director. This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and growth in the Property & Construction field.
Job Description- Lead the FM Design Strategy
As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the FM design strategy across all project stages, from conceptualization to implementation.
- Ensure FM Requirements are Captured and Addressed
You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that all FM requirements and concerns are thoroughly captured, incorporated, identified, and addressed during the design stage.
- Manage Design Review Schedule
As the owner of the design review schedule, you will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring the availability of necessary resources, and maintaining a comprehensive review of the design team resources.
- Identify Top Design Companies
You will work with procurement to identify top design companies with high qualifications to support FM design reviews, and produce a scope for engagement and on-boarding.
- Coordinate with FM Technologies Director
You will work closely with the FM Technologies Director to ensure that all FM technology requirements are integrated into the designs.
- Maintain Strong Collaboration
You will maintain strong collaboration with the project's Proponent and ensure close coordination with the Engineering & Technical Services Department (ETSD) for integrated design solutions.
- Innovate in Sustainable FM Design
You will drive innovation in sustainable FM design, focusing on renewable energy integration, eco-friendly materials, and advanced waste management systems.
The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have a minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in FM sustainable design and management for large-scale, complex urban developments, with at least 10 years in a strategic leadership role. Experience in overseeing projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is highly desirable.
