Job Opportunity

Azure Systems Support Administrator is required to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the opportunity to design, implement and maintain Azure data storage solutions. This role involves managing internal server/network infrastructure and backup systems while fostering a Cloud-1st approach to data residence, service provision and security.

Responsibilities
  • Data Storage Solutions: Design, implement and maintain Azure data storage solutions ensuring security, migration and availability.
  • Server/Network Management: Manage internal server/network infrastructure and backup systems maintaining strong ICT support standards.
  • Cloud-1st Approach: Foster a Cloud-1st approach to data residence, service provision and security.
  • Staff Up-Skilling: Upskill existing staff in Azure Storage practices to improve capability.
  • National ICT Support: Provide national ICT support escalation point and local support of central west offices.
Requirements
  • Microsoft Cloud Systems: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft cloud systems including Azure Storage, Exchange Online and EntraID.
  • Local Systems Knowledge: Local systems knowledge including Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper V, Powershell and networking.
  • Autonomous Work: Ability to work autonomously while maintaining service standards.
  • IT Support Experience: Previous experience using IT support RMM and ticketing platforms.
  • Cyber Technologies: Exposure to cyber technologies and strategy.
