We are seeking a seasoned Tax and Business Services professional to join our team in Darwin.

About the Role

You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality outcomes for clients, managing and growing a portfolio, and supporting the development of junior team members.

  • Deliver accurate, high-quality client outcomes within agreed timeframes
  • Build strong relationships with clients and manage expectations effectively
  • Grow your portfolio and fee base through excellent service and business development activities
  • Maintain compliance with quality assurance policies and relevant legislation
  • Contribute to business improvement projects and initiatives
  • Provide guidance and support to staff, offering constructive feedback and mentorship
  • Manage work-in-progress and billings to achieve targets
  • Monitor personal performance against key performance indicators

The ideal candidate will be a member of a professional body such as the CA or CPA, with at least five years' experience in a similar role, and possess broad knowledge of accounting and financial management principles.
