Job Title: Tax and Business Services Manager
We are seeking an experienced Tax and Business Services Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality outcomes for clients, managing and growing a portfolio, and supporting the development of junior team members.
About the Role- Deliver accurate and timely client services
- Build strong relationships with clients and manage expectations effectively
- Grow your portfolio and fee base through excellent client service and business development activities
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies
- Contribute to business improvement projects and initiatives
- Mentor and review the work of staff, providing constructive feedback and guidance
- Manage working papers and billings to achieve office targets
- Monitor personal performance against financial KPIs
- You hold a professional qualification such as CA or CPA
- You have a minimum of five years' experience in a similar role
- You possess broad knowledge of accounting and financial management principles
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills
- You are highly numerate with attention to detail
- You can meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work
