Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate the movement of our specialized fleet, adhering to Fatigue Management guidelines
  • Manage site levels and daily usage, ensuring optimal configuration and maintenance of best practices
  • Liaise with our fleet maintenance department to plan and schedule maintenance effectively
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide daily internal reporting on activity, forward planning, and delivery volumes

Requirements:

  • Previous scheduling or equivalent experience is highly regarded
  • Heavy Haulage experience or a passion for it is ideal
  • Highly developed organizational, planning, and computer skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a fast-paced team
