Production Coordinator

The Production Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing the production process, ensuring timely execution and adherence to industry standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate production pipeline: Maintain the production schedule, engaging with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Develop production schedules: Take into account demand forecasts, seasonal trends, and promotional activities to create effective production plans.
  • Quality control: Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure all products meet established standards.
  • Collaborate with teams: Work closely with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams to facilitate efficient production processes.
  • Material sourcing: Coordinate with suppliers to source and procure materials, fabrics, trims, and other components required for production.
  • Sample management: Manage the development and approval of production samples, ensuring they match the designer's vision and meet brand ID standards.
  • Process improvement: Continuously assess and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and maintain high product quality.
  • Reporting and documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activity and relevant data to support decision-making and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
  • Experience in overseeing production from planning to execution and quality control.
  • Knowledge of implementing tech packs, product specifications, and maintaining quality control measures.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure precision in production processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
