About this role:

Crown Equipment is a global leader in materials handling equipment, seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to join our Asia Pacific team. This key support role plays a vital part in ensuring the efficient operation of our Service Training Team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and scheduling training sessions for service employees across the business.
  • Developing, updating, and maintaining training materials and resources to ensure they are current and effective.
  • Documenting procedures for the Service Training Department, with regular reviews to maintain accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborating with Service Department managers to assess individual training needs and align them with available course offerings.
  • Managing training records and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Serving as the primary administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS), scheduling course offerings and reporting.
  • Overseeing the Service Induction program, coordinating onboarding activities.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in training coordination or a similar role, ideally working with an LMS.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Windows, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Training experience is preferred, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt to a dynamic training environment.

Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
