Job Title: Senior Accounts Payable OfficerAbout the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Accounts Payable Officer, where you will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, reconciliation of supplier statements, and adherence to deadlines and agreed service level agreements.

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual who can accurately process invoices in accordance with company policies, meeting agreed payment terms, complying with GST legislation requirements, and adhering to the company's financial delegations' matrix.
  • The successful candidate will ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard, maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Responsibilities include reconciliation of supplier statements, follow-up actions, handling AP queries, processing, and issues as required and directed.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be able to identify areas for improvement, and recommend process initiatives within Accounts Payable.
