Clinical Lead for Elder Care Services

The position of Clinical Lead for Elder Care Services presents a stimulating opportunity to contribute meaningfully in the lives of our residents. As an enthusiastic and dedicated professional, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality clinical care across our Edge Hill facility.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and direction to clinical and care teams.
  • Support carer teams in meeting all clinical needs of residents.
  • Manage assessments, documentation, and submissions of AN-ACC requirements.
  • Facilitate effective documentation and user support of policies, procedures, and IT system requirements.
  • Coordinate assessment, care planning, and review processes.
  • Ensure accurate information is recorded and aligned with organisational and legislative requirements.

You must offer a minimum 1-year experience as a Care Coordinator or similar leadership role, along with current unrestricted Registered Nurse Div 1 with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Postgraduate qualifications in aged care would be beneficial but not mandatory.
