About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of contractor and category transition plans. You'll also lead contractor decarbonisation support initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning and Coordination: Develop and maintain project plans and schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track project performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on progress to key stakeholders.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders, fostering a culture of transparency and open dialogue.
  • Data Analysis: Gather and analyse data related to project performance, risks, and issues, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and escalate any project-related issues or risks to the PMO Lead, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years' experience in project coordination, preferably with familiarity with project management software.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with experience working in Excel and Power BI.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
  • A qualification in Supply Chain, Business, or Commerce is desirable.
