Debt Collector Specialist

We are seeking an experienced credit controller to manage a specified debtor portfolio, minimising exposure to credit risk and reducing debt.
About the Role- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large pool of customers, ensuring timely payments and resolving any issues that may arise.
- This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate a strong track record of success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce debt levels and improve cash flow.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Previous experience in a credit control or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
