Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Personal Care Worker to join our team as a Caregiver Specialist. This role involves providing high-quality personal and domestic care to clients in their homes, while also working closely with our team to deliver exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centred care to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide comprehensive support services, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.

  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop individualised care plans that meet their unique requirements.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.

Requirements
  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Community Care or Disability Services (mandatory)

  • At least one year of relevant experience in providing personal care and support services

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of others

  • Current National Police Clearance and First Aid/CPR qualifications (or willingness to obtain)

  • Driver's licence and reliable vehicle (with registration)
