About the Role

Our organisation is seeking a culturally grounded leader to spearhead our Indigenous Programs Division. This role requires someone who can manage complex environments and foster trust and collaboration among staff, stakeholders, and community.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading people, operations, governance, compliance, and financial management of small companies or divisions within larger organisations.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience in representing First Nations staff, community, and stakeholders while building strong relationships with government agencies and partners.

We are an Indigenous and Veteran owned organisation committed to improving the lives of Indigenous Australians by increasing representation nationally at government, industry, and community levels.

Key Requirements
  • Proven track record of leading people and managing finances in a commercial environment.
  • Strong relationships with government agencies and partners.
  • Ability to drive organisational performance, planning, and risk management.
  • Cultural integrity and responsiveness across all initiatives.

The successful candidate will have advanced leadership skills, deep management experience, and effective results through collaboration and partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
