Key Skills Required:
- Must have experience in selling Industrial V Belt and Fluid Power Products
- Proven ability to influence and cultivate high-level relationships
- Exceptional listening skills, with the ability to understand and meet customer needs and requirements
- Deep knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution-selling strategies
- Proficiency in MS Office and business software, with a focus on maintaining high-quality Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Strong ability to grasp and communicate technical information, including product specifications and applications for assigned product lines
