G8 Education Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to lead and develop a team of Early Childhood Education professionals at our licensed childcare centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation of the childcare centre, including staffing, budget management, and communication with parents and stakeholders.
- Lead and support the professional development of the Childcare Educators and Teachers, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans that support the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times, following all policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive culture that promotes teamwork and respect for diversity.
Requirements:
- ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.
- A current Working with Children Check.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.

- Attractive salary between $42k - $50k based on Centre Manager experience. Plus a $4K location allowance and access to an incentive program providing an annual bonus of up to 12.5% of annual base salary.
