We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to lead and develop our team at Community Kids Lake Albert Early Education Centre.
As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the childcare centre, including staffing, budget management, and communication with parents and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support the professional development of Childcare Educators and Teachers, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans that support the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times, following all policies and procedures
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations
- Foster a positive and inclusive culture that promotes teamwork and respect for diversity
- ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role
- A current Working with Children Check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Attractive salary between $42k - $50k based on Centre Manager experience
- Plus a $4 K location allowance and access to an incentive program providing an annual bonus of up to 12.5% of annual base salary
