About the Role

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will thrive on motivating and leading high-performing teams to succeed.

You will oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies. This includes maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping to create an inviting shopping environment.

  • Leadership & Team Development:
    • Motivate your team to deliver their best, fostering a culture of positivity, engagement, and excellence.
    • Build a strong and collaborative team, uniting everyone around shared goals and a vision for success.
    • Proactively address employee relations, resolving issues while supporting ongoing learning and development.
    • Communicate openly and clearly, ensuring alignment and trust across all levels of the team.
    • Provide your team with the knowledge and tools needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Oversee the daily running of the store, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
    • Prioritise health, safety, and well-being by conducting regular risk assessments and maintaining a secure environment.
    • Recruit, retain, and develop top talent to build a high-performing and motivated team.
  • Sales & Performance:
    • Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Take a proactive approach to loss prevention, embedding processes that minimise risks and protect profitability.
  • Customer Experience:
    • Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is memorable.
    • Address customer feedback thoughtfully and resolve issues to build brand loyalty.
