About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our People and Capability team at the Australian Catholic University (ACU). As a P&C Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting our leadership teams across a broad spectrum of generalist HR matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach senior leaders to drive strategic decisions and implement effective HR solutions.
  • Collaborate with other teams to deliver strategic, tactical, and operational HR solutions.
  • Engage with stakeholders and clients to understand their HR needs and provide tailored advice and solutions.
  • Apply workforce data analysis to inform client's workforce and talent needs.
What We Offer
  • Total remuneration valued to $130,436 - $145,816 pa, including salary component $110,220 - $123,227 pa (HEW 8), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
  • 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
  • Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable.
  • Access to generous benefits, including flexible work, study leave, and salary packaging.
Requirements
  • Strong HR generalist experience and broad expertise across the end-to-end employment life cycle.
  • Contemporary workforce management practices and a solid understanding of the Australian regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in relationship management.
  • Australian work rights and permanent work rights for permanent/continuing roles.
