Job Title: Head of Philanthropy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced philanthropic professional to join our team as Head of Philanthropy. As a key member of our advancement team, you will be responsible for driving philanthropic initiatives and cultivating strong community relationships to advance our mission.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement strategies to cultivate a culture of philanthropy within our community, encompassing short-term fundraising goals and long-term objectives for the Bursary Program, Capital Gifts Program, Community passion projects, bequests, and others.
  • Lead substantial fundraising initiatives by cultivating relationships with prospective donors, soliciting contributions, and nurturing connections to secure substantial financial support.
  • Research, develop, and manage fundraising campaigns and appeals, leveraging both traditional and digital platforms to engage donors and meet fundraising targets, with a big focus on Capital gift drives/building fund appeals.
  • Liaise with the Advancement team to coordinate fundraising events and activities that enhance donor engagement, demonstrating the College's gratitude within the community.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Head of Philanthropy to enhance and manage philanthropic communications material for the College, including printed and digital brochures, flyers, and the website.
  • Promote the vision, mission, values, and aims of a Catholic school in the Jesuit tradition.
