Working Flexibly as an Early Childhood Educator

Early Childhood Educators are sought after to join our team of experienced professionals who work across multiple centres on the Gold Coast.

Each centre has its own unique community spirit, and is led by an experienced Centre Manager, supported by an Assistant Centre Manager and team of educators.

Affinity Education Group's commitment to child safety is paramount. We create environments where children feel safe, supported, and valued.

**Our Flexible Working Arrangements**

  • A flexible casual position that allows you to choose your hours and days to fit in with your schedule.
  • Work between Monday - Friday within the opening and closing hours of the centres from 6am to 6pm, with no weekend work.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support educators across different rooms at the centre.
  • Engage with children, families, and team members.
  • Assist with daily centre practices.
  • Support educators with children's learning and documentation.

**Essential Requirements**

  • Completed a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent) or actively working towards it.
  • Willingness to travel between multiple services and be available on short notice.
  • A current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one.
  • Prior experience in a long day care service.
