Senior Structural Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our Property & Buildings team in Darwin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering complex structural and multi-discipline projects across a diverse regional client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective solutions for engineering problems
  • Manage project teams and coordinate activities to meet deadlines and achieve set targets
  • Ensure junior team members adhere to delivery standards and follow essential procedures
  • Provide recommendations on resourcing requirements for specific projects
  • Contribute to the development of proposals for moderately complex projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
  • Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng)
  • Knowledge of design in common building materials
  • Experience working in 3D design environments and BIM protocols
  • Passion for design documentation and technical analysis
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to mentor junior engineers
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Australian Building Code and Standards
  • Strong communication skills and commercial acumen
