The Role

As Head Chef, you will oversee the smooth operation of our busy commercial kitchen ensuring high-quality food service every day.

You will manage daily kitchen operations maintaining strict culinary standards.

Ensure quality food preparation and presentation meeting dietary needs including allergies and special requests.

Lead staff rosters inventory ordering stock control and uphold strict food safety compliance.

Train and mentor your kitchen team to build a motivated skilled and cohesive crew.

Drive recruitment and onboarding to create a reliable workforce.

Deliver seamless service guaranteeing every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience.

About You
  • Previous Head Chef experience and cooking in similar environments.
  • Formal trade qualifications in commercial cooking or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in electronic purchase ordering and cost management.
  • Proven ability to work within a team and autonomously.
  • Ability to prep and organise ahead.
  • HACCP experience essential with a high emphasis on food hygiene.
