Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and train a high-performing team, providing coaching and guidance to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory and supplies effectively, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in an Italian cuisine setting.
  • Strong background in menu development, with a focus on creative and authentic dishes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field, with relevant certifications and training.
