  • Executing boutique activations, client treatments, and bespoke out-of-boutique experiences in line with guidelines
  • Cultivating client itineraries and travel arrangements for international events
  • Coordinating festive client gifting initiatives with stakeholders and departments
  • Supporting reporting and client insights for teams
  • Collaborating with stakeholders on campaigns for client recruitment and retention
  • Building relationships with key suppliers
