Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Retail Banking Services team. As a key member of our Digital Domain, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and delivery of our market-leading digital channels. Your primary objective will be to work with our Product Owners, relevant squad members, and cross-functional teams to design and maintain global-best-in-class onboarding experiences.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for creating and managing market-leading digital products, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer outcomes. You will leverage insights and data to deliver recommendations for product, policy, and process enhancements, and lead product change initiatives to continuously improve our product offerings and processes.

In this role, you will engage with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, design, and garner feedback on proposed solutions. You will also develop and maintain strong relationships with key business and technical stakeholders across frontline, technology, risk, and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather requirements, design, and garner feedback on proposed solutions from cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business and technical stakeholders.
  • Lead product change initiatives to continuously improve product offerings and processes.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and issues for the squad and product, in line with excellent management of operational risk and compliance outcomes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous product management or business analyst experience within financial services.
  • Digital Customer Onboarding and Identity Verification domain knowledge.
  • Previous risk management experience – managing issues, incidents, and customer remediations.
  • Previous experience in managing or supporting technical delivery, including business requirements gathering and writing preferred.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, including presentation skills, communication, negotiation, and influencing capability at a senior leadership level.
About the Team

You will report to the Executive Product Manager – Onboarding, Access & Origination, who will support you with your performance and development. Your team will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to market.
