We are currently seeking a professional Retail Manager to drive exceptional customer experiences and deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities- To maximise sales growth by providing top-notch customer service
- To build strong customer loyalty
- To lead and motivate the team to achieve targets and key performance indicators
- To manage and supervise the team by providing coaching, mentoring, and training
- To oversee store operations and achieve key performance indicators such as sales targets, wage budget, and margin
- To maintain store presentation through implementing visual merchandising standards
- To control inventory and prevent losses
- To ensure overall store safety by adhering to health and safety policies and standards
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Retail Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a passion for developing teams, and excels at creating exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of management experience and be eager to take their career to the next level.
