We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Customer Service professional for a fixed term opportunity to join our friendly Customer Service team at our Corporate Office in Mulgrave.

The role involves:

  • Responding promptly to customer queries in relation to their product requests and sales orders.
  • Processing sales orders and invoices, and releasing orders for the warehouse.
  • Supporting our transition to a new ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and leveraging the Gorgias platform to enhance customer service efficiency.
  • Completing data entry and maintaining accurate customer records on various platforms.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Experience in a fast-paced Customer Service or Call Centre environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or the Gorgias platform is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A can-do attitude and ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills, problem-solving ability, and high attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
