We're Hiring: Cosmetic Teeth Whitening Studio Manager – Melbourne
White and Bright is opening its new Melbourne CBD cosmetic teeth whitening studio, and we're looking for a motivated Studio Manager to lead the way.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering 5-star client experiences, enjoys being hands-on with treatments, and takes pride in helping people feel more confident with a brighter smile. You'll also have the opportunity to grow with a national brand and be rewarded with a generous OTE of $70K.
What you'll do- Lead daily studio operations and deliver premium client care
- Perform professional whitening treatments (full training provided)
- Guide clients on treatment options and aftercare products
- Manage bookings, appointments, and follow-ups
- Drive studio performance and achieve KPIs
- Strong background in customer service or client care (retail, beauty, hospitality, or wellness)
- Confident communicator with excellent people skills
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
- Positive energy and passion for helping people feel their best
- Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday
- Competitive OTE $70K (base + performance bonuses)
- Paid travel to Brisbane for full training – no dental/beauty background required
