Job Opportunity: Senior Cost Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Cost Manager in Sydney, Australia.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive cost plans and project capital estimates throughout the design phase.
  • Prepare detailed cost reports and estimate packages for stakeholders.
  • Provide expert commercial input to design optioneering and value engineering exercises.
Requirements:
  • Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Possess 5 years' experience in Pre-Contract & Post Contract Quantity Surveying.
  • Meet Australian Citizenship or Defence clearance requirements.
