About Our Cricket Program

Casual Community Cricket Officers will work within a dynamic team to deliver school-based and community-based programs in Western Australia.

  • Assist in promoting and delivering cricket programs within designated regions, fostering strong relationships with schools and clubs.
  • Maintain relationships with schools and clubs, particularly working with School Ambassadors to promote and deliver school cricket programs.
  • Deliver targeted school cricket programs/clinics and promotions to achieve participation pathways from school to community cricket programs and competitions.
  • Train School Ambassadors and Cricket Blast Coordinators for entry-level program delivery.
  • Communicate regularly with Participation Specialists to receive feedback on school visits/promotions outcomes.
  • Investigate opportunities to increase participation in Cricket Blast and Social Cricket Programs.

We are looking for individuals who

  • Can communicate effectively and express their ideas clearly.
  • Can work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Are skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and own transportation, ensuring the ability to travel throughout designated regions.
  • Have or are willing to obtain a Senior First Aid Certificate.
