We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as a Senior Client Manager. This role will be responsible for managing a large client portfolio, leveraging existing relationships within the insurance industry and distribution partners, to deliver a profitable business unit contributing to the overall growth of our organization.

  • Actively manage and develop a portfolio of business with a particular emphasis on profitable growth, providing professional standards and consistency of advice.
  • Develop positive relationships with clients and identify new business prospects or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure their insurance and risk management needs are fully met, including review of insurer strategy, claims estimation quantum, recovery claims potential, common law liability, and claims management service standards.
  • Provide premium forecasting and reporting support to clients, offering insights into performance and processing client accounts and billing efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant diploma or degree in a related field, such as Allied Health or Business Administration.
  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in Workers Compensation, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Moderate to high level of proficiency in MS Office, including advanced skills in Excel and Word.
  • Experience with software applications such as WinBEAT or OrganiseIT is highly desirable.
