About the Role

This leadership position is responsible for strategic development and capabilities of Quality Assurance and Testing across projects.

The role entails working closely with senior leadership teams to ensure effective delivery of high-quality software solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a Quality Assurance Strategy, including definition and representation of methodologies.
  • Design and implement Testing Plans for projects and programs of work as required.
  • Establish and manage Testing Environments, Testing Data, and Test Scripts.
  • Enhance Testing approaches, including Automation.
  • Establish and track Testing Metrics and Quality reporting suitable at various levels.
  • Prepare and publish metrics-based dashboards and reports on Helfie Quality Assurance and Testing.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leaders across the organization.
  • Lead and train the Quality Assurance and Testing team.
  • Prioritize and manage team workload in delivering Quality Assurance and Testing services.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in software testing methodologies, debugging techniques, and automation frameworks.
  • Experience leading QA teams, managing resources effectively, and developing a high-performing environment.
  • Deep understanding of the health tech product domain, including relevant compliance, regulations, and standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data-informed decisions.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
