Frontline Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing the hospital's Occupational Health Safety and Risk portfolio.
About the RoleWorking closely with the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Clinical Services, and the Quality Manager, you will be dynamic, organized, and have proven experience with an Occupational Health Safety and Risk portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring, developing, and implementing key initiatives and management plans to ensure best practice and compliance with hospital and legislative policies and procedures.
- Facilitating continuous improvement in alignment with ACHS accreditation standards.
- Producing comprehensive analysis and strategic reports.
- Managing incident investigations and ensuring effective communication and problem-solving skills.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in OH&S, Return to Work, and Work Cover management.
- Knowledge and understanding of ACHS accreditation standards.
- Tertiary qualifications in OH&S with significant experience in OH&S in a health-related field.
- Ability to produce comprehensive analysis and strategic reports.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
