The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced supervisor to manage events and provide a safe environment for visitors and staff within our vibrant hub in Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administration of major systems including access control, CCTV, building management systems, fire safety, and car park management;
  • Emergency management, including first aid and liaison with emergency services;
  • Incident management relating to liquor licensing and responsible service of alcohol;
  • Staff supervision, including performance reviews, rostering, and deployment of staff to meet operational needs;
About You
  • You will have experience in a significant venue-based supervisory role;
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with excellent organisational skills;
  • Thorough knowledge of liquor licensing and responsible service of alcohol;
  • Excellent report writing, time management, and administrative skills, including intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
  • A good level of physical fitness;
